Area Information
The Marietta Square is a shopper's delight, featuring cozy antique shops,
elegant boutiques and upscale shopping, all situated around Marietta's
charming Glover Park. The Square also offers several delicious dining options,
art galleries and museums.
The Square is located in the heart of Cobb County and is the location for many
festivals, concerts and weddings. The setting is reminiscent of a Victorian
Square with colorful seasonal landscaping.
The Gazebo is a favorite spot for weddings and prom photos. At  the opposite
side of the Square is the Stage where the  Evening Concert Series and Brown
Bag Concerts take place. Children can play on the special train engine
playground while parents relax.   At the center of the park is the beautiful
multi-tiered fountain.

The National Civic League crowned the city of Marietta one of the 10 best
communities in the nation as a 2006 All-America City, the oldest and most
respected community recognition award in the country!
