JAKL Development, LLC
JAKL Development, LLC is a small real estate development company, focusing on the
development of properties in re-emerging sections of Atlanta. Since inception, JAKL has
focused its efforts in the City of Marietta, as well as the Kirkwood/East Atlanta areas of the city.
Jay K. Andrews – Managing Member
As Managing Member of JAKL Development, LLC, Jay Andrews has responsibility for the
financial and administrative operations of the organization.
Jay started investing in real estate in the late 1970’s, purchasing and refurbishing distressed
properties, then either renting or re-selling. Prior to co-founding JAKL Development, Jay spent
24 years working in senior executive level positions within the consulting, outsourcing, legal and
banking industries. In 2004 he teamed up with Keith Lynch to start JAKL Development.
Jay received his BBA in Finance / Management from Georgia State University. He has served on
several organizational boards and has participated as an instructor / panelist in numerous
professional seminars and symposiums. Jay is a native Atlantan and resides with his wife
Barbara and two sons Joshua and Tyler in Marietta (East Cobb), Georgia.
Keith A. Lynch – Operations Managing Member
As Operations Managing Member of JAKL Development, LLC, Keith Lynch has responsibility for
the construction management operations of the organization.
Prior to co-founding JAKL Development in 2004, Keith spent 7 years as a building contractor,
with experience in constructing custom homes, as well as the re-modeling of existing homes.
Keith brings extensive experience and skills in the areas of general contracting and construction
project management. An engineer by profession, Keith spent the first 17 years of his career in
various engineering and construction management positions working within the power
generation industry.
Keith received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of
Pittsburgh. A resident of Atlanta for the last 6 years, Keith makes his home in Marietta (East
Cobb), along with his wife Linda and 2 sons Connor and Liam.
